ARTICLE HANDLING FEES

AR Resources & Archives (ARRA) is an online academic publisher of peer-reviewed open access journals. At ARRA we adopt the standard open access business model where authors pay the Article Handling Fees (AHF) for their publications. Therefore, ARRA relies solely on the AHF for its revenue. The AHF is used to cover the operations costs which include; development of the publication infrastructure/maintenance, webhosting, day-to-day operations of all its journals, archiving, staff salaries and other expenses. These operations costs are necessary if our articles must be continuously accessible online without any form of restrictions.

Authors are required to pay a token as their Article Handling Fees. The AHF is paid ONLY upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors are not charged any form of submission fees, fees per page/figure colors or any other fees associated with journal publications. The AHF does not however cover for article reprints.

WAIVER POLICY

AR Resources & Archives also offer AHF waivers to authors from Low-Income Countries. This is based on the World Bank Country Classifications by Income Level. The AHF waiver is given according to the country of origin for the corresponding author. Our goal is to provide a global platform that offers equal opportunities to both upcoming and experienced researchers to publish their research findings without any financial restrictions.

Authors who qualify for waivers should send an email to [email protected] with the subject “AHF Waiver”. Also include the details of your manuscript.

REFUND POLICY

AR Resources & Archives does not issue refunds except for payments made in error and/or in excess of the required AHF. Submitting a manuscript to any ARRA title implies that author(s) agree to pay the AHF. AHF is DUE ONLY after acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Authors are strongly advised to adhere to all policies regarding AHF. All inquiries regarding AHF should be sent to the accounts department via [email protected].   

ARTICLE REPRINTS

AR Resources & Archives is strictly an Online Publisher and the AHF does not include article reprints. However, authors who wish to request for article reprints will be required to pay an additional cost. This largely depends on the cost of production, copies needed and the shipping cost to the desired destination. Request for Article reprints should be sent to [email protected].
